Got Air Leaks???

Give us a call today and let us show you how to save money by stopping air flow. Every day you wait means more money wasted on your energy bill. Imagine what you can do with all the money you'll save!

Investing in products to make homes more energy efficient pays significant dividends over a lifetime! Proper insulation contributes to greater comfort, even temperature distribution, and improved acoustics.

You have the potential for increasing your home's resale value. In fact, most buyers list energy efficiency as a prime consideration. It will lower energy bills and make your home more environmentally friendly.
Wall Insulation

We can install foam, cellulose or fiberglass insulation in new homes. We do not blow cellulose behind the netting.

We spray it open-faced directly into the cavity. This ensures that the density and R-value remain the same from the bottom to the very top.

The end-product is flush with the stud which prevents bulging and possible nail pops.

We strive to check all areas, including knee walls, to make sure it is installed correctly the first time. Many of these areas are no longer accessible once the sheetrock is installed so this is a very crucial step!
Attic Insulation

Again, we blow fiberglass and cellulose in both new and existing homes. The recommended R-value for attic insulation in the Oklahoma area is at least an R-30 to R-38.

If your attic has less than that (less than 8-10 inches), then you are likely spending more money than necessary on heating and air.

Adding more insulation can lower your costs. The picture above shows an attic that is being recovered with cellulose.

The cellulose prevents air from flowing between the attic space and the inside of your home. As a company, we only use cellulose brands that contain boron which creates a habitat that is not conducive to insects and mold.
Foam Insulation

This is an example of foam insulation installed on the roof deck of a residential home. We can install foam in both the walls and roof deck of homes.

Foam can be used in many applications, both residential and commercial. We also specialize in metal building foam application.
Ductwork and Plenum

One major concern is ductwork that is leaky or has tears. An inspection may reveal problems that are easily corrected. A leaky ductwork system often accounts for 10 to 30 percent of total heating and cooling costs. Leaky ducts can waste hundreds of dollars a year. Also, the ducts are usually located in the attic, and leaks can draw contaminants directly into your home.

The Little Things...

We can caulk windows and doors, replace your lightbulbs, change outdoor seals, sweeps, shoes and threshold. Also, we can install switch plates and outlet gaskets, seal cracks on exterior of your home, replace air filters, etc. These may seem like minor changes, but they go a long way toward improving the energy efficiency of your home and lowering energy costs. Feel free to ask for a complete weatherization inspection to see how your home measures up!

Moving in???

Before you move into your new home, give us a call! We can inspect your house to see how energy efficient it is and suggest areas that could use improvement. That way you will know exactly what you are getting in your new home! Also, we can inspect your home before you sell it so you can make the improvements and make your home more appealing. Or suggest to your future buyers some things they can do.

Insulation Removal

Basically, if you have bad insulation in your attic and you want it gone, we are the people to call, we come and vacuum it all out, and of course, we can put new insulation back in if you like!
